Kendrick Industries was created in 2024 to provide an experience and service that clients, investors, and developers deserve when hiring a consultant and contractor.

Under the Kendrick Industries umbrella, we offer both consulting services and general contracting to provide turnkey solutions for an array of clientele under all market sectors.

Cameron Kendrick grew up in the small town of Crawford, TX, where he knew no stranger and spent all of his time playing sports and hanging out with his friends. Upon graduating high school Cameron attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX where he played football for two years with the Texans and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 3.5 years. Shortly after leaving the football program, Cameron started his construction career working for a small contractor building fence, metal buildings, custom steel fabrications, and custom metal building homes. Though Cameron started with humble beginnings as a general laborer, it took a short amount of time for him to assume a foreman role leading crews on projects. After 3 years in Stephenville Cameron and his new wife Ashley, decided to move back to Waco where he began working in commercial construction. Again, Cameron started as a general laborer and quickly moved to a superintendent position and after a short 2 years was moved into the office to learn estimating. Following 2 years of estimating, Cameron had a desire for growth and more opportunities, so he transitioned to another local company in Waco. After 6 short months in the field, Cameron moved into the office to assist with estimating. It did not take long for him to create substantial growth for the company in multiple sales verticals and he was soon promoted to VP of Preconstruction, running the preconstruction department for 3 subsidiaries. During his time as VP, Cameron helped his company close contracts on the largest projects in the company’s history and helped with recording the highest revenues in company history. After 6 years, Cameron took a leap of faith and decided to start his own company, putting all of his experience to good use by helping each of his clients make sound investments and bring their visions to reality. Cameron is motivated by his family, wife Ashley, son Brazos, and daughter Maggie to provide outstanding services so when it is time for a client’s next project they know exactly who to call… Kendrick Industries!
